Refund Policy

If a game you bought from Wicked RC LLC isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll give you your money back. This policy covers games, add-ons and donations bought on zirtola.com.

1. Games and add-ons

• Within 7 days of purchase: you can get a full refund for any reason.
• After 7 days: refunds are at our discretion, for example if a technical problem we can't fix stops the game from running on a PC that meets its minimum requirements.
• Early access: buying an early access game means accepting that it is unfinished. Missing features, bugs or changes made during development are not by themselves grounds for a refund after 7 days.
• Game keys: keys you received for free (for example a giveaway, press or a studio grant) cannot be refunded. Keys bought from another seller must be refunded by that seller.
• Add-ons: paid add-ons follow the same 7-day rule, as long as they have not been used up or consumed in the game.

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are not refundable, except for a duplicate or mistaken payment reported within 7 days.

3. How to ask for a refund

1. Email accounts@wickedremotecontrol.com or open a support chat on zirtola.com, from the account you used to buy.
2. Include your order number (in Settings → Orders) and, if you like, the reason.
3. We reply within 3 business days.

4. What happens next

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a game is refunded, its licence is removed from your account, it stops launching, and any keys for that order are revoked.

5. Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If a payment is charged back, the licence is revoked. We may refuse refunds where we see abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund of the same game.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
