Last time, most of my map was bare ground and a city that only existed on paper. This is it now: forests across 500 square miles, a city of almost 6,000 buildings, and an airport where the jets land, taxi to the gate and take off again on their own.
To get the city I wanted, I had to delete an entire mountain range. Then it froze for 54 seconds at a time, every tower looked like a copy of the last, a 747 made the runways look tiny, and the first A320 did Mach 0.9 at sea level. Here's how it all got built, and what's still not done.
The game's name and beta release date on Steam are still in the works. You'll hear it here first.
Would you fly the 747 into Port Aurora... or the Cub? Tell me in the comments.
